![]() Job satisfaction was not the mediating variable to explain the effect of work motivation, competence and organizational climate on lecturer performance. The limitation of this research was on the sample size of lecturers only and performed at private colleges, so limited the generalization of research findings. The originality of this research provided basic configuration of modelling development by Structural Equation Model and conceptual model that proved the effect of work motivation, competence and organizational climate on high performance of lecturer inserting job satisfaction as mediation effect of the influence between variables that were executed separately in previous researches.
